Cakes and cookies are one of Cristina’s biggest passions, which she indulges either by experimenting to recreate the recipes of sweet treats she’s tasted in bistros around the world, or by inventing her own; she combines organic flour from La Morra’s Mulino Sobrino with other local products - such as hazelnuts - and the fresh fruit and marmalade on offer each season.
